My loyalty had to pushing my own personal dreams to the back burner to ensure those around me dream became a reality. In doing this we often somehow remained attached to outdated loyalties, it could be that we stay too long at a certain place we should have moved from a long time ago.

Imagine my surprise and shock (heavy on the sarcasm) when I see white girls on their flight making a reel on IG as they put on their bonnet and sunglasses on mentioning in the caption they are getting comfortable to fly. Here’s my question, “Are we calling them ghetto too?” The black culture is stolen from to be “hip”, “down” even considered an “ally” look around everyone on, “MUTE” (thanks Beyoncé!)
